Very disappointed to finally buy a backbone and realize it doesn’t work with pocket Mortys. Would be awesome if they added support!

It got rid of my save file that trade some rare Morty’s

Opening the app results in a black screen with a spinning loading indicator. It never gets past this.

Downloaded on my phone after playing for about 2 months on another device did not let me sink my data from the previous game ridiculous honestly

We need controller support

I have played before I know that players can fluctuate in the game but why am I constantly met in empty servers I can’t level up to go to other worlds because of no bot/real players are in the server overall an enjoyable game if you stay offline

I love the game 10/10 but I want to play it on my phone and it has an automatic backup system that doesn’t work and there’s no option to backup the data and go to the other device to physically click an option to download the data to my phone so I can’t access my pocket Morty save

Love the game 5 stars for game itself, but should have controller support of some sort

The options are to listen to the game’s sounds, or Total. Silence. A dev team that overlooks such a simple, crucial feature will most likely offer other frustrating and arbitrary experiences sooner than later. It’s not worth finding out what these disappointments might be. Really, programmers, let us play our own music/podcasts/audiobooks. Ugh.

I love the game it’s pretty cool but I would like it even more if we could talk to people or just chat I have family,friends that play this and we never get to say anything in game but emojis I would like to tell them like about a new morty I just got or whatever that would make the game 100% even better thanks so much if y’all add that to the game.👍🏻🎆

I absolutely love the concept of this game, and the diversity of stuff you can get and do. I mainly play multiplayer. But I feel like multiplayer needs a chat system, because there has been so many times where I want to say “Good game” or “can someone one battle me” or “do u want to trade.” So I really feel like a chat system is a must! Also can you add more dimensions that you can unlock? Last time I played, I uninstalled at level 40 because there was simply nothing left to do (in multiplayer, I’m not a fan of the campaign). So please add more dimensions, even if you have to make up different Morty’s. Just give us something more to do after level 30, and a way to talk to other players. A good chat and trading example is animal jam if you want to see what I’m referring to.

Had hours of fun playing but since the iOS 18.1 update the game only loads about once a week. Fix it!!

There is ZERO reason someone whose level is 3x as mine should be place with me.

The game is fun and a bunch of new Mortys to collect and I love the new anime characters, but I feel like she should’ve added some more but there’s no more for you guys to add so yeah I also can’t wait to see all the new movies are gonna be in the future.

Will gladly change my review of this game if someone from support can AT LEAST RESPOND to my multiple attempts of reaching out, my account is in Limbo because I was unaware you MUST manually backup your game! I love this game and hate that this is most likely the end of my journey with it

This game gone telepathically mo1est you keeping you enslaved in its concept of reality I got nothing outta wasting 29 hours of my life just to wake up and realize im broke got no ******* money and still in the same place in my life this just takes you away from what you don’t wanna deal with.

Great game but I can only play it on my iPad when I used to be able to play same save from both

Ive played this game for a while about 2020 and its a great game fun roaming fun collecting in multiplayer but I lost EVERYTHING after signing off for a month, and came back to fond my acc access has been deleted or something and can’t get it back

Really disappointed I spent money on this game to only have it log me out and no way to log back in. Don’t fall for it! Don’t make any in app purchases because all your progress and purchases will be lost and customer support does absolutely nothing about it.

I would give it a zero but I cant so I’ll give it an 1

The game is great, the variety of characters available is great and transactions are not required to complete the game. However I did seem to run into a few bugs and A LOT of crashes, luckily it didn’t absolutely ruin the experience but it can be frustrating at times, especially during battles against other players or council members.

Don’t get me wrong, I do love the game, but what I don’t like is that recently it’s been letting me watch tons of ads and not giving me any reward and I’ve done this plenty of times already. Please help

This is a very fun game but there’s a lot of bugs. And the ranked pvp always feels completely one sided no matter how much you rank up your always going against someone 8 levels above you. And 12$ for a new dimension is crazy. But beyond all of that it’s a very fun game. Just feels flawed in some ways.

I love this game! I love getting to battle, and walk around the city like another kid who collects pocket sized monsters and builds a team. I don’t remember his name… In any event, I have a backbone controller to play mobile. I would love if this game supported mobile controllers.

This app is so amazing it literally cured like depression. Thanks so much for making this game.

I love pocket Morty because Rick and Morty is my favorite show to watch a lot

I’ve been an avid player of this app for the past 6 years, I know there hasn’t been a lot added to it over the years but when they do add it it’s free to access or enjoy and I’ve loved that. Now the new dimension costs $12 which is really unfortunate, I also don’t like the new icon for the app. The whole app isn’t the anime theme, it’s about 90% regular rick and Morty so I think we should just go back to ricks regular face instead of capitalizing as this small new mini series.

I recently changed phones, I downloaded the again and now I don’t have any of my characters I spent over $20.00 USD I want my Refund!

It’s a very great game unfortunately still has some bugs I’m currently unable to use my old Morty’s in my squad. It just grey’s the add button for my team.

Great game but I have one complaint it is hard to catch Morty’s late game so could you add a move that most Morty’s can learn where you leave the Morty you attack with 1 hp like the Pokémon move false swipe other than that great game

They barely add any content for years, just new mortys. And suddenly with the anime out it’s finally time for at least something, a new dimension! Too bad it’s locked behind a 12 dollar paywall. Like seriously no significant updates for the longest time and now? Now you finally add something but it’s got such a gross paywall? It’s disappointing

The game ran fine for a few days then just today it wouldn’t open anymore. I would open the app and it would be either stuck on a black screen or the app would automatically close itself.

Put more maps, events, more ways to fight.

I tried everything but it still recognizes my Game Center I have level 20 Morty’s gone I deleted the game once because I got a new phone now I can’t get my stuff from my old save ios

As of August 3, 2024, I’ve been experiencing minor bugs that have been hindering my progress. Any time i attempt to open my inventory, the screen goes black and i’m unable to do anything whilst the music was playing in the background. A temporary solution would be to close the app and refresh it but the problem occurs immediately minutes after playing. Hopefully this problem is fixed so i can continue to finish the game.

The game is very fun until I try and switch Morty’s or go to items mid fight and my game crashes about half the time.
